Injunction issued against first deportation order	The original deportation order prohibited Scott  Dylan Ezell from any further employment  or income. The Government of the Republic of China   did not supply an attorney for Scott Ezell effectively preventing him from legal recourse .   There is no judicial oversight of any kind involved when the issuing authority of the Republic of China on Taiwan arbitrarily orders a deportation.	Scott Ezell was deported for advocating   Taiwan indigenous people's culture and music.
		The Government of the Republic of China issued a second deportation order for the same offense effectively circumventing the court ordered injunction .
